雪的大学 Employee Campaign FAQ

Students from all over the world come to 雪的大学 because the education they receive here opens doors to possibilities that would not have been available to them otherwise. This education strengthens their lives, their families, and their communities. 许多 of these students are able to afford college because of scholarships. 你的员工 运动 pledge can truly make a difference in the lives of our students.

Each donated dollar makes a difference! 

Employee giving inspires others to contribute to 雪的大学. Corporations, foundations, and others, often consider the percentage of employee donors as an indication of engagement. Your participation can help us leverage support for much needed buildings, equipment, 和程序.

Our students are worth the investment! Every gift, no matter what the amount, is important. As a group, our employees can make a powerful difference.

  • $4,000 will pay full tuition and fees for one student for one year.
  • $5,100 will pay room and board for one student for one year.
  • $1,500 will pay the costs of books for one student for one year.
  • $384 will pay student fees for one student for one semester.

绝对! 这取决于你. You can support a scholarship fund or contribute to a department or program. We are strongly encouraging general scholarship support, but you may contribute to any fund you choose.

是的. On the pledge form (可用), you can specify the fund and the amount you wish to contribute. 如果基金你 choose is not included on the form, just write it in on the line next to “Specific 计划/项目.” (If you choose to support more than one area, please specify the distribution of your gift."

We hope you will take some time to consider making a meaningful gift to the employee 运动. Your individual and family circumstances should dictate the size of your 捐赠. Please know that your pledge, in any amount, will truly help our students. Gifts to the 运动 are tax-deductible for taxpayers who itimize their deductions.

You may contribute by check, credit card, bank transfer or payroll deduction. If you give through payroll deduction, the minimum is $2.00 per paycheck, and payments will begin in December. Credit card payments and bank transfers can be made online at 雪.edu/give.  If you would like to consider a planned gift, or establish a new endowment or scholarship fund, please contact Cameron Brooks at 435-283-7062.

是的. Your payroll deduction continues at the amount set to the funds selected until you authorize the 雪的大学 基金会 (by written notice or via email to alumni@雪.edu)做出改变.

The 雪的大学 基金会 does not charge gift taxes or overhead fees associated with scholarship funds, endowment funds, or planned gifts. That means 100 percent of your gift helps our students!

You can download a copy of the 这是保证书， or request one from the Advancement Office at extension 7060.

Your contribution to the employee 运动 is welcomed at any time throught the year. You can always download the 这是保证书， or contact the Advancement Office. Our eventual goal is to achieve 100 percent participation. Your support will help us achieve that goal.
